Ken Ware is the VP of Construction and Director of Field Operations.  He has over 40 years of vast construction experience building custom residential homes throughout Southern California, particularly within the Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Hidden Hills communities. Ken began his construction journey working as a framer elevating his way up the ranks to construction Foreman, Site Superintendent, Construction Director and currently VP of Construction.  He has worked for many renown General Contractors in the Los Angeles are including Finton and Associates, Marmol Radziner, Kavin Construction, just to name a few.

Throughout his vast experiences supervising and running job sites, Ken has understood how critical the strategic planning of daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly operations affect the process and outcomes of building large scale homes of the highest quality.  With that approach, the completion of residential homes in timely and cost efficient ways have been second to none.  Similar to Nik, he understands building these types of custom residential homes is a service and an experience that personally affects the homeowners, their family and their community. He also approaches every construction and building situation with that in mind, while also working in collaboration with the Homeowners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors and/or Subcontractors, City Officials and any other outside agencies.
